yesterday at icecrown at last i got a chance to win http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49964
i was using this one http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50808, my expertise dropped a lot, and i'm right now swimming with hit, but when comparing them legguards of lost hope is much more better with it's armor stamina and avoidance, what should i do? ignore the expertise and go for maximum eh? i've seen many of the warrior tanks went for maximum EH and ignored the expertise, also as i remember at icc, expertise is needed for extra tps not anymore bosses got extra attack from parry.
with my frost badges should i get http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50968 to cap my expertise? or t10 legs/chest to get 4 piece bonus, i just got the cloak new. can't decide to get which item next.
due to low expertise i'm also using http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49492 atm. (also could not get a better upgrade so far.)

If given those two choices I would go with the leggaurds of lost hope, however I would highly recommend getting pillars of might craft.

As far as the chest goes, yes go for the cata chest unless you want the 4 set bonus. Imo T10 doesn't become better than the frost gear until the ilevel 277 stuff.

Another option to try and fix your expertise problem is: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50190 however looking at your achievements you haven't killed dreamwalker yet, so they may be unattainable for you at this moment, idk how your guild is progressing or what bosses they're pushing for.
