Blade Ward and Parry

Hi guys! Since Blade Ward boost parry and parry has dimishing returns, i think at high level/high parry is better to use blood draining for progress or not? If i have 20% parry i get very little from parry rating, right? So also the blade ward buff give less parry than lower parry levels.

Currently the best EH enchant in the game (consequently the ONLY EH enchant in the game) is Blood Draining.

Mongoose and Blade Warding have about the same effect give or take some negligable amount of avoidance.
