Thanks for taking the time to read this thread. Our guild formed about 2 years ago on Altar of Storms during T5/6 Progression time frame with in depth experience with SSC, TK, Mt Hyjal, and BT. We only raid 3 nights a week and therefore require 100% attendance. Our wait list is very small and we like to keep it that way.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights from 7-10 pm EST/Server Time
Off nights are open for 10 man ICC/ToGC/Ulduar HM's

8k+ DPS
Resto Druids

LOYALTY
INTELLIGENCE
RAID AWARENESS
ENCOUNTER RESEARCH
Vent/Mic REQUIRED
Repaired and Prepared players
Proper gem and enchant selection
Proper Spec for appropriate build
Come ready to raid, not ready to AFK
No drama/childlish players
Minimum Plaguewing and Crimson Halls experience

Guild Gems/Enchantments for ilvl 264 and above gear or BiS gear
Strategies and videos hosted on the guild website
Friendship and Professionalism
Positive raiding environment
We use a combination of Loot Council and DKP, briefly, 1 DKP per hour for attendance tracking and the Officers base loot distribution based upon attendance, performance/raid awareness, preparedness, and encounter understanding.
