Looking 4 some advice on recruitment

So i was wondering if anyone might have any advice. I am the GM of a guild <FALLEN> on the US-Misha(PVE) server and were trying to form a good raiding team. Were missing some leadership and raiders and can only run 10-mans right now. My question was about our recruitment post and aplication. We seen to be getting quite a few hits on are add but no bites. With almost 100 views on are recruitment add not a single aplication has been filled out and only about 30 poeple went to view our web site and app. Do you guys think that our add needs some work or maybe it's the app. that needs work. Or is it only that poeple a only intersted in joing an already tight-knit raid team and arn't really willing to put in the effort to form one? Any ideas? We are kinda a new guild that might be the issue also. Not sure though. Any feed back would be appreatated. Thanks.

As been said a couple of times on this forum: the best way to recruit is to run with pugs in your raids for a while. It's a slower process but you are more sure of the people you get.

A lot of players remain in game. They only venture onto the guild's website once they're in the guild and it's a requirement.
