Prot nearing the end of Frost emblem shopping list.

Just some quick input on what would be the best upgrade for me in Frost Emblems at this point. I feel it would either by Cataclysm Chestguard or the t10 shoulders(already have a token and could upgrade immediately once I get to 60 frost).

Any opinions are much appreciated.

Shoulders. It's a huge upgrade in item level, meaning more stam and armor, plus more avoidance, plus it gives you that sexy 2-piece bonus for threat. The only thing you lose is expertise, which of course is outweighed by everything else. The Cat chest can wait till another day.
