DK hit rating and 232-245 'upgrade'

I have the 245 shoulders and head but if I put them on it drops me to about %5 hit rating. Should I stick with the t9 or swap to the 245 for the extra armor/stam/stats

Unless you are having Threat Issues, specifically missing on taunts, you should be fine on your Hit Rating.
Might want to get your Expertise closer to 26 though.
