So Ive always enchanted my cloak with 23 haste but I recently have gone way over the haste cap and it's not really doing anything for my primary spells. I am an engineer so the spellpower parachute is an option to me and I was looking for some opinions on Wisdom VS Springy Arachnoweave VS Greater Speed. Thanks :)
