Looking at my current spec and gear and stats idk which weapon i should be using. http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Runetotem&cn=Emopally
Now I have http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=50798 and http://www.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=50415.
I lose tons of Expertise. I only have 27 expertise and i understand parry haste is turned off in ICC. or supposedly is. So... which is truely better?

Byrntroll isn't a tank but dps weapon.
You answered your own question. Expertise is also a threat stat, even there being no parry haste you want to hit the boss as often as you can.

Isn't 25 the expertise cap anyway?

and i understand parry haste is turned off in ICC.
Did I miss that memo?

1) parry haste is not turned off in ICC, in fact I haven't found any reports of any boss that doesn't parry haste yet and would like to see proof.
2) expertise soft cap is 26 (that removes dodges) so if you're dps'ing and doing your job by dps'ing from behind that's your "cap", if you're tanking, parry expertise cap is way higher, something like 42 or 47, so it is still just as good as hit. and just for kicks, hit cap is 8% for melee.

I'd rather use Ramaladni's. Consistent threat is better than an inconsistent proc (that's been highly nerfed).
I've skipped on Bryntroll 3-4 times because I already have my Ramaladni's. As a Blood DK I'll take all the expertise I can get my hands on. By the same token I want to make Shadowmourne but right now can't see how I'll swing the loss in stats.

Kazeyonoma, Theck analyzed ICC log data and determined that most bosses in ICC do not have parry haste enabled. Given that a couple do and expertise is still good, no reason not keep your expertise at a decent level.
