Arms warrior Trinket decision

Im just about to go full passive arp (92%)

and so will be getting rid of needle encrusted scorpion and going back to an AP trink

However i have 60 frost available and was wondering should i get hekuml war token (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=50355)

I know haste = bad but it does also = more procs on banner of victory and with passive arp a healthy increase on my basic melee damage
couple that with the 340 AP it brings is it worth going for
Or shall i keep Mirror of truth (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40684)

The war token is so much better than mirror of truth it's ridiculous... But it's up to you what you wanna blow ur badges on. Do you still need armor?

I would use landsoul's sheet or RAWR to confirm but I am fairly certain Hekuml will be beneficial for boss fights.

i still need a 2 piece tier 10 set got cloak and offset pieces
i was gonna leave trink till last but thought it maybe benficial as im about to drop NES

I would leave it till last if you raid regularly. You can get still get the trinket from icc10 man which is better than the token. So why spend frost on something you might not use long. If you can increase your passive arp by using the frost emblems on new gloves etc...I would go that direction. How about banner of victory?

Banner is my other trink
my original plan was to get the two piece tier10 set first for the AP proc it brings plus extra gem slots for hitting 100% arp

i guess its just the thought of sticking mirror of truth back on is bothering me
