DK problems in the new endgame - Think my style needs a tune-up!

I am a recently un-retired DK tank who hasn't played since Naxx and Sarth were the focus of raids, neither of which I ever had much chance to run. For now I've been doing randoms and ICC 5-mans trying to catch up gear-wise. I'm looking for a check on the appropriateness of my gemming, recommendations for enchants, and critique (or alternatives) to my talent spec, because I was recently blamed for the failure of a H-HoR run due to being undergeared. I'm used to being complimented for smooth runs and I took this a little personally - I think, honestly, that some of the changes DKs have undergone have gone over my head, so I'd like a bit of help and a check on where my game's at before I keep going.

I'm confused as to why you have a 2h frost tank build, but you're using a single 1h weapon?

You also need to upgrade your gems to epic. Your exp is too low and your hit is too high. Focus more on +30 stam gems. Most of your gear isn't even enchanted, so I would get to work on that.
