I have been pondering about swapping out some of my stam gems to agi gems. Now I'm tanking ICC10 man pretty easily I'm not finding a problem with anything so far:) I would just like any thought on if I should regem and if so which to go towards.

I'd recommend trying the hard modes first before doing too much regemming. You may find that it's wasted. If you still find it too easy, do what you like; chances are it won't make it easier or harder.
