Expertise Cap for Prot Warrior

So i have looked up what the expertise cap is some ppl say 26 just to get over the boss's dodge but then i have read other things about needing more for getting over boss parry. soo im wondering what to do. i am currently at 34 expertise

56 is the parry cap. You really don't need to worry about expertise or hit at all.
