ICC tanking - should I go for EH or Avoidance?

I am currently tanking with another Paladin ICC 10 man but I have the feeling I get hit too hard. Is it just my life as DK tank, am I lacking gear or there are some changes I should do? (in my gear/talents/gemming). Also, should I try ICC25-man or not?

I would really appreciate any advice.

From current bosses focus on EH for every boss but Gunship Captain tanking and Saurfang, I would reccomend making 2 gear sets but if you only have the gold to make one go with EH.

All of your enchants seem fine, only few changes I would make is putting the pvp enchant on your shoulders and 275 health on your chest. I would switch out the Ony trinket with the Black Heart for all of the extra EH, but keep the Ony trinket for Gunship and Saurfang. You should be fine for ICC 25, there aren't any bosses that hit too hard, Marrowgar is the one that stands out but you should be fine.
