I have no clue how to disable the "Spell isnt ready yet" spam, along with all the other spams that are show here. Can anyone help me!

The addon eError disables all of the spammy red error messages.

Leatrix Text on WoW Interface is an excellent, up-to-date addon that gves you the option to disable all the standard texts. It also has a feature to add addtional error messages, if you need to.
