First frost badge purchase

Hey guys. After my random heroic today I'll have the badges for my first piece of frost badge gear. I want to get input on Whig piece first. I've got a pretty strong set right now with my belt, boots and first trinket being the weakest. I'm leaning toward the belt seeing that I'm still running toc 25 and can get satrinas but the trinket would be the biggest upgrade. If you guys would t mind giving me some input I'd appreciate it.

Personally I would say go with the belt. I am currently using the same belt as you and that is going to be my next upgrade as well before starting to get T10 pieces

I on the other had had to upgrade my cloak due to it being 213 ilvl from the vendor never found anything better so thats what I got.
