Frost Spec/Gear Help!?

Where should I go gear wise? I cant find myself to reach those 40k health numbers like most other tanks I see and apparently im not geared well enough to tank 10/25 man anything... Someone help with frost or blood spec and gear.

my advice is to run lots of heroics for truimph gear, might take you a few weeks based on how much you play but if you grind it out you could have a full frost set in a week or 2

with the new lfg system, in about 3-4 days (i only play 3-4 hours a night and about 6 on weekends) I am 1 piece short of the full T9 set so it is completely do-able, esp being a tank, finding a group takes 3 seconds
