Runeforging - ICC10/25

With the extremely high levels of +defense on gear in ICC, I'm finally reaching the point where my defense skill is getting high enough that I can consider taking Rune of the Stone Gargoyle off my weapon and putting Swordbreaking on there instead.

I believe with my latest upgrade I will be hitting 566 total defense skill, so if I were to change - I would still have 541 defense. Has anyone had any experience with this? I'm not sure if the reduction in overall stats is worth the 4% increase in parry.

Note that I'm expected to tank for ICC10/25, ToC10/25, ToGC.

I would personally keep SSG because of 2% stamina as well.

The avoidance would be nice for add tanking, but in general the 2% stamina would be superior for a raider.

Right now I am staying with SSG on my 2h, but Will be switching it to SBing when I get a new weapon that I can use SSG on. As for DW, I have about 8 1h weapons that I use for different situations as well.
