Gear/Spec Help!

Hey guys just want some general advice for gearing and playing a warrior tank in ICC. Right now I feel as if I'm undergeared and putting some strain on our healers against marrowgaw and would like some advice!

If anyone could post some info on; my spec, my glyphs, and then what are some items I should be shooting to get out of triumph badges/new dungeons?

What I would change in your gear and enchants is 30 stam 15 resilience to shoulders, and gem in your legs to 15 stam 10 expertise.

For your glyphs get Glyph of Shield Wall asap, it will add to your survival greatly.

You are a little undergeared for marrowgar I would replace your trinkets with The Black Heart and the Glyph of Indomitability.

Thanks for the advice so far! Switched my glyph, bought the shoulder enchant and once I get something that's not ilvl213 ill throw it on! 3 badges away from the trimuph trinket
