Ok I am having threat issues. Not serious ones but in longer fights the dps catch me quickly.
Sometimes i have to taunt them off. Now i know dps should watch they're threat but i still would like to generate more threat.
Now I know i need a new weapon but for three months now i have not had one drop. It sucks...and pisses me off. So next comes my spec. Ideas?

You are missing a lot of key talents by using a hybrid spec. I'd suggest using a cookie-cutter Blood or Unholy build. Read through Satorri's guide for information on talent synergy.

Blood AoE threat is...wait, what's AoE-threat in Blood?
It's horrible...or so I feel. So, I try to switch around targets and spam HS with diseases up. Pestilence and Blood Boil, when I can.

Make sure you're using the cookie-cutter specs that work for the type of content which you're doing!
First off you're missing Will of the Necropolis in blood, which is a good tanking talent and should be in all blood builds. Also get death strike.
Basically do some research around this site. It has plenty of deathknight orientated threads.
Your weapon is fine, make sure to refine your rotation as best you can.
For AoE threat you want to be going DND > IT/PS > Pestilence, then tab heart strike with your blood runes. If the aoe threat really needs to be put down, keep DND down on refresh and hit blood boil with your blood runes instead.

Not necessarily. For example, the top DK tank on my realm (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Maiev&cn=Gonzo&gn=Order+of+Medivh) doesn't use it. His gear and healers are so good that survivability is not a problem, but his dps'ers are so good that threat is, hence he sacrifices survivability talents like WotF, MoB, Improved Rune tap for threat talents like Necrosis and Sudden Doom.
I'd say the only talents that are absolutely required for tanks are the 5/5/5 ones, everything else depends on your raid makeup and the tradeoffs associated.
As far as the OP goes though, yeah WoTF is probably necessary. And that hybrid spec is costing three of Blood's best threat talents - Heart Strike, Might of Mograine, and Blood Gorged. Get them, get the Skullme addon, and tell your dps to either focus the skulled target or use a tank assist macro:
