Trouble with holding aggro in raids

Heya people.
I have a slight problem with my threat.
In raids, I am mostly off-tank, but I have a slight problem with my threat, I keep losing the adds :s.

Can anyone give me some advice on aggro?

If you could log out in your tanking gear/spec, that would be helpful. :)

Some of your threat issue might be gear-related.

What do you mean?
The armory profile you linked has your holy spec, and holy gear equipped.

While he can easily look at the prot spec, he has no idea if your gear is part of the problem.
