The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Nesingwary&n=Tankerbelle)
Some of my guild don't seem to think I am.

Short answer: Yes
Long answer: You'd be best suited for an OT position, but yes, you're fine. ToGC10 drops 245, and you're about half 245.

Your gear looks good enough to tank it in my opinion. I would suggest trying to get a few upgrades such as the Pride of Eredar (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47042) from 25 ToC Jaraxxus and/or the Belt of the Nether Champion (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47870) which is 10 ToC Jaraxxus. Also, if you have the materials or can afford them, the Spiked Deathdealers (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45560) would be a decent upgrade also.
From there however, it's not a matter so much of gear as it is can YOU tank it, do you have the ability to. Do you know how/when to pop which cool downs? Are you quick enough to pop them and save your healers? Are you able to move the bosses around accordingly?
Your guild would know this better than I or even yourself, perhaps. So ask them, is it your gear or is it that you need a bit more practice?

You'd be much more able to tank it if you didn't have 2 of the worst trinkets possible for ToGC. Maybe for add tanking on anub they'd be alright, but you need to get those replaced with stam trinkets immediately.
1) The Black Heart <- GET THIS NAO!!!!
2) Essence of Gossimir
3) Glyph of Indominability
The gylph is better than the essence of gossimir but probably harder for you to obtain unless you have 50 emblems of triumph.
Cloak to 225 armor
Shoulder - 30stam/15 resil
Gloves - 240 armor or 18 stam.
If you made those changes and got those trinkets, then I'd say absolutely you would be geared enough for it. But I'd also try to find some new pants if I were you. Actually: try Maly25. Quick and easy instance to goto even though many don't, and it drops fairly decent pants that I wore into Ulduar. There are better though, T8.5?? /ramblerambleramble
