BIS Druid Tanking gear

Could someone that has been doing this longer than me either show me their armory or compile list of current BIS druid tanking items. Just dinged 80 and am starting to run heroics need ideas all help and discussion would be appreciated. Only reason for post is all other bis lists are out of date, once again all help would be greatly appreciated

If you just dinged 80 than what you need are out of date lists.

Best in slot lists are 258 lists for guilds that have heroic anub 25 on farm.
