Advise-unhappy with dps

Hello guys,like tile says im a bit unhappy with my retri dps, ill be honestly, for some reason i cant reach 3k stable, and i saw retri beating 4k
i do always conseceg/strike/storm/exorcist and then those u refresh first

A couple things I've noticed is:
Expertise: You don't have any and you should aim for 26 skill approximatly.
Hit: You really only need 8% hit
Weapon: Your weapon is okay but you could get an upgrade through Hardmode XT in 10 man

That should up your dps quite a bit.
