I seem inadequate, can you tell me why?

I don't seem even close to measuring up to what people expect for a starting level 80 tank.

My gear isn't exactly top-of-the-line, but there have been people who told me that my current stats were ideal for a fresh 80 tank to start raiding, so I'm getting conflicting perspectives.

I'm fairly certain that I need a respec, but if you can tell me what is wrong and what I should amend, I would very much appreciate it.

Also, where should I start as far as 80 raids to get the hang of tanking at this level?

Since you're level 80, you should immediately fill your glyph slots. Standard "catch-all" setup is usually something like Devastate/Blocking/SWall + TClap/Command/Bloodrage.

ArmoredToTheTeeth is worth more threat point for point than Cruelty, if I recall correctly. If you worry about threat, you want to get Deep Wounds 3/3 somehow.

Imp Spell Reflect is a very situational talent, and most (myself included) wouldn't put it in a primary boss-tanking build. (I have it in my OT build.)

Now for gear. It is odd to see so much level 70 stuff, but given that you've picked up the entry-level blues for some slots I assume you'll replace those as you go. Your gear is fine for starting to tank heroics and possibly Naxx10, though the level 70 purples will get raised eyebrows in a PUG. I would not take you to anything higher than Naxx10 OT in a PUG, just because of the potential drama. Keep at it, do not get discouraged. There are a lot of blue and purple upgrades that are darn easy to get from quests, easy heroics, and blacksmithing.
