Trinkets

Hi guys, long time lurker, first time poster here.

I'm having a hard time deciding which trinkets to wear for my go-to tanking set.

I have the:

Valor Medal of the First War (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40683)

The Black Heart (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47216)

Bitter Balebrew Charm (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49116)

Bubbling Brightbrew Charm (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=49118)

Right now, I've been using one of the brewfest trinkets and the valor medal when raiding with my guild, and either both brewfest trinkets or one brewfest and the black heart when PUGging, since all they look for is health pool.

Is the 1700 stamina from one of the brewfest trinkets better than the 84 dodge (RatingsBuster tells me it's a 1.46% chance)? Are there any other trinkets that I should be really going for? Other than PUGs, my guild is just starting to do Ulduar 10 man together. I could buy the emblem of triumph trinket Glyph of Indomitability (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47735), but it doesn't seem that great and there are other upgrades I could be spending my emblems on.

I would be grateful for any advice anyone has on this matter.

I would go with the Brewfest Trinket and the Black Heart, I think the Black Heart is a clear winner because of its good stats and great proc and I would take one of the Brewfest Trinkets over the Valor Medal because of how much current content favors EH because of unavoidable damage and unpredictable physical burst being the main cause for tanks dying. But I would keep the Valor Medal in your bag for those few bosses that favor avoidance in Ulduar.

The Glyph of Indomitability is probably the only upgrade you have acess too at the moment, for you it is a little less EH than the Brewfest Trinket but it's best one use in the game In my opinion is far more valuable than those extra EH. But other than that your trinkets right now are around BiS till the Heart of Iron and Satrina's Impending Scarab.

I personally think 5800 hps on use is the best =P. I don't have a high opinion of glyph of indom, but it's not terrible, though I'd probably use brewfest or the black heart over it. Otherwise: what he said ^
