What type of content is your guild trying to do, you're not too far off from tanking 10 man content, I was in your position about a month ago.

Your cloak needs an enchant, since you're defense capped, I think the best option is 22 agi. Change the 8 to all stats enchant on your BP to 275 health.

Not sure how you're doing on gold, but you could gain a ton buy purchasing the mats and finding a blacksmith to make a few pieces for you. Saronite Swordbreakers - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47571) , Indestructible Plate Girdle - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45551) , Spiked Deathdealers - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45560) , Breastplate of the White Knight - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=47592) any of those if you have the gold laying around would be tremendous upgrades. You can substitute the Conquest badge belt Shieldwarder Girdle - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45825) for the Indestructible belt.

Your spec could use a bit of work. Acclimation and Hungering cold aren't that great, try something like this instead: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0EGZhxx0AbIof0buzAo0x:TawM0m) Also, Glyph of Icebound Fortitude isn't worth it being defense capped, I believe at 540 defense, Icebound Fortitude grants 35% reduction in damage. Use Glyph of Obliterate over Glyph of Deathstrike. For the third, there are a few options, some people run Glyph of Frost Strike (more threat) Unbreakable Armor (More defense) or Dark Death (missed taunts :( ).

You could squeeze more health out of another profession other than Herbalism, Jewelcrafting, Blacksmithing, Alchemy.

You could also gain a bit from switching to epic gems, again, depends on your gold situation, I'd at least switch to an epic gem in the Mark of the Relentless, it's a quality ring, you'll probably hang onto it for a bit.

Pick up the Badge belt asap (If you can't afford Indestructible). Keep farming those Daily Heroics, and getting all the Triumph badges you can.

Hope this helps.

225 armor to cloak instead of 22 agi, otherwise, what he said ^

Ah that's right, I couldn't quite remember what I read regarding cloak enchants other than defense. I believe the 22 agility argument was for slightly higher threat now that I think about it.

225 Armor is defeinitly the way to go.
