Help me with Upgrades.. serious situtation here

Now i have 60 Triumph badges and dont know what to get. I lose 1.4-1.8% hit on all the upgrades. And im not about ot jem for it. I have these but lose hit as well despite gaining stam, parry and expertise. Conqueror's Darkruned Handguards - Item - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=46119)

Im guessing my head peice for 75 is my best upgrade minus the fact i lose the most hit from it. Idk very confused at the moment.

Also im under hit by like .46% (7.54) Also im under expertise cap at 22 :(
And if any DK guru can check my blood spec.. i know its not the popular one but since i dont trust my healers bc i pug everything i have it set this way. Threat isnt that mig of a issuse but now that im in a good guild i might be able to change it.

If you are a tank then its ok to lose the hit for the upgrades to avoidance & mitigation.

Only worry about hit if you struggle to hold threat.

I'm fairly positive he's agreeing with you.

Get the headpiece. It's obviously the best upgrade, you can afford to lose a bit of hit, and you badly need expertise, more than any other stat.

Go get the headpiece. Now.
