Brewfest trinket or Onxya Trinket?

i just got the onxya trinket, But i have read that people that are tanking end game i.e ToC ulduar are stacking stam, so should i use the brewfest or the onxya trinket?

Unless you need the defense for cap (which you don't), use the brewfest trinket

The previous posts lacked the reasoning for their decisions: One is EH and the other is avoidance. Use what is necessary at the time. To my dismay, against gormok and anub, that means the EH trinket.
