During a fight when you are tanking multiple mobs in dungeons/raids and the dpses is mass AoEing them and you cant realy see whats going on in there due the number off spells in there.
How can i easly detect if 1 or more of the adds nukes for example a melee and be able to find the exact mob and pick him up realy fast?

This is getting quite annoying having a mob oneshoot a dps or healer during a aoe fight.

-i am a Death knight aswell btw

first of all. Try to mark, get an addon that helps with quickly marking (quickmark for example).

2nd, if melee is attacking a target you are not tanking. Then that is their loss ;)
3rd, start with DnD, get your IT and PS diseases on the target. Do pestillence and then go for the bloodboil ;).

Also, try to get these glyphs, that will boost a bit:
Glyph of Death and Decay (+20% dmg with DnD --> Imba aggro)
Glyph of pestillence (5 more yard for you diseases to spread, more dmg --> aggro)

Kaith forgot one thing.

If you lose aggro to a healer, there is a good chance you are doing something wrong, as in most fights your AoE should easily be good enough to keep that aggro against a healer.

Rumor has it you can setup Aloft(addon) to color mob nameplates by aggro level.
