I need some advice on a Spec

Hello.
Recently a guildie of mine has been getting into tanking, however i am very concerned about the spec he is running with.
As an officer and a fellow tank i feel the need to talk to him about it. he complains about dieing to much and not keeping threat.
The problem is, while i do play a DK, i tank on a pally so i decided to ask here what he should be specicng into. Is his spec realy as bad as i think it is? Is it an accepted spec?

OMG.... that its not an accepted build! not even close.... You are a tank, i know you'd probably come to the same conclusion, but just in case here are the reasons for his complainings:

Reason why he dies:
* NO Anticipation, toughness.

Reason why his threat is shitty:
* DW w/o frost strike
* No Howling Blast

If he is going to DW tell him to go deep frost.

i agree and i knew that he was missing some talents, but i didnt want to bring it up with him until i knew exactly what to recomend, thanks for the help mate.
