Just posting to ask for any and all tips and opinions about how I'm doing in terms of gear choice spec, etc. Any major upgrades that I can easily acquire/should be on the lookout for? Right now I'm thinking the single biggest thing I can get would be the 25 ony sword. With all that expertise I could drop my exp. gems and also replace ruthlessness with the badge ring I'm about to buy.
Also, given my level of gear, what kind of dps do you think I should be doing on dummies, and then fully buffed in a 25 man raid on a single target tank n'spank?

You can switch some enchants around, using the cloak enchant from engineering will net you 1 more agility, yay! And using the Hyperspeed enchant on your gloves would be a good upgrade to.

Selfbuffed on a dummy you should do 3k ish, fully raid buffed you should do around 5,5k.

And as you say new weapons would be the best upgrade you can get.
