Ardent Guard - Wat?

So I got Ardent Guard from ToC 10 today and I have no clue what to do with it. From my experience it looks pretty equal with Last Laugh which I currently have, with 25hit/25crit on it.

So what should I do with this sword? What is it good for? Should I just keep LL or enchant this with a more tanking oriented enchant and use it for those heavier fights?

Use your last laugh when you need a bit more threat, and this one when survival is more of an issue. Extra armor and dodge are both survival stats. Blood Draining would be the enchant I put on that.
