Heroic ToC faction champions (10 man) - what I need to do?

I have blood tank/blood DPS specs, and usually is assigned to control melee NPS. It is pretty easy on regular - between all tautns/DG/chains I can easy keep one melee busy and help on another.

I am out of idea what I can do on heroics, chain spam is not enough to keep them away from our squishes.

I would appreciate any advice.

Fixate effects like taunt won't work, but stuns will if you have them. Also, try to burn the dps down instead of healers first. Identify the most dangerous couple in the pack and mark them for first/second kill and blow your heroism to consign them to the scrapheap of history.

Those healers aren't nearly as useful when they don't have any dps to spam heal.
