My dps just won't go over 4k Ive worked countless hours on rotation and gear/gem setup. All of my stats are capped and my rotation is WW>BT>slam if procs but not if BT has less than 1.5 sec left on CD>heroic strike/cleave in groups only is rage is above 60. I am currently in Kuwait and play with a lat of 400-800 all the time. I figure the lat has some dps loss but not 1k+ I should be high 5k dps with my gear. I thought about moving to arms but really don't wannt foot the cost.

Honestly, what I noticed right off was that your hit rating is low for fury. Even with the three points from precision, you're at 8% overall - great for arms, not so much for fury, since the dual wield miss penalty is so large. Hitting more of those white swings is really what fuels all of fury.

Loathe as I am to say it, since I didn't really enjoy Arms when I had it as my DPS offspec, your gear is going to support it a lot better than it supports Fury at the moment, unless you've got a bunch of hit gear bagged.

Around 4k is fine for your gear and lag. Your offhand isn't very good and that plays a big part. Fury requires really decent gear to see the big numbers. You have quite a few subpar pieces. You might see better DPS going to Arms and replacing Zeliek's Gauntlets with the conquest emblem gloves(name escapes me). Get another Edge of Ruin too and try and run some ToC 10 man for an Edge of Agony.

Hit and Weapons is the biggest thing I see.

Switched my boots out for Iron-spring Jumpers and moved my hit up too 217. If I were to go arms try for ArP or Strenght gems? and hit is 264 soft cap in arms without precision so I would be worse off for hit than before would i not?

Arms with a high ping >_< Arms is a lot less forgiving for poor latency.

Weapon mastery and 31 expertise is complete waste, you should move those 2 talents pts into improved execute for bit more damage.

I don't know why people are telling you fury needs lots of hit, that is wrong. You need to remain hit capped, but don't stack it past the cap.
As you can see from the top fury warriors parses:
WoW Meter Online - Combatlog Replay (http://www.wowmeteronline.com/rank/clazz/dps/war/8/0/3/320)
then by checking their armories you clear see most of them hovering around 4%(Alliance) or 5%(horde)

Check out Landsoul's spreadsheet for gearing.
But I can tell you right now that those haste gear pieces aren't good for arms, try to replace them with arp gear. And try to get an arp proc trinket.

Good Luck.

ty for all the replys

Landsouls spread for my fury setup is 5.9k and arms is 6k not a big diff. I def have to get the rotation down for arms. I do have banner of victory from TOC and some arp gear in the bank but without getting down my rotation yet my dps has dropped to around 2.5 for trash and 3.5 for boss. I really do not like tanking and only tank heroics anyways so I'm gonna drop my second spec for fury and have fury/arms. Ive played fury for so long its just gonna take some getting use to for arms.

Ill just continue to read on the site and learn while working to tweak both my arms and fury setups until I get the dps Lvl's I should be at.
