A little confused

ok so i read the section about stam that someone asked about a while back on here. Im currently OT/MTing Ulduar and im moving into ToC

Thats my armory, and what i was wondering about is if i should take my avoidance gems out and trade them with stam gems, and also if i should trade my 2 trinkets for the brewfest trinkets as well. At the moment i have 30081k ub HP, 547 def, and 26.74%dodge 19.47%parry, 46.21% if you put them together. Whats your opinion?

Gemming for stam is generally more advantageous than for avoidance because stam isn't subject to diminishing returns like avoidance is.

As for trinkets, keep the Crab at least (163 stam + on use dodge > 170 stam + no useful on use). As for the other, it's up to you, but I wouldn't have a general rule. Fighting Gormok, you want two stam trinkets (avoidance doesn't help against the bleed). On other bosses, the avoidance may help the healers more and help you produce more threat through more Rune Strike procs.
