Talents, Glyphs, Help?

Ok, that's me, I need some advice. First off all I do is Heroics, not much time for anything else right now.

What Glyphs and what Spec would be the best for me to use in Heroics?

Any other advice is welcome, comments on gear, enchants, whatever.

Glyphs:
Get Glyph of Blocking, I myself would switch out Vigilance. If you desperatly need the Threat from it then throw out Shield Wall.

Spec:
0/3 Focused rage is a big fail, I would take 2 points out of Improved Revenge and 1 point out of Shield Spec to get it.

Enchants:
Shoulder Enchant: Get up that Sons of Hodir rep.
Gloves: Having Vigilance Glyph but not having the Armsman enchant makes no sense. Get Armsman.

Besides that it I didn't spot any potential problems.
