I know my hit rating needs to come up some. I am just looking for some constructive criticism so that I can tweak some more DPS out of this character, any advice or input would be appreciated.

Get rid of Deflection x2 and put that in Improved Rend. Other than that your spec looks fine.

What's your priority list of abilities right now (a warriors so called rotation)? Maybe you need to tweak that just a bit.
