Currently I'm running a bit of an all in one spec; its not bad for threat since it utilizes deep wounds, but its not optimal defense wise either. I've decided to run two Prot specs, one exclusively for Boss Tanking, and one for Heroics or Trash (which I assume would gear more towards threat).

Could anyone list the two best specs as of 3.2 for these two items?

Well there is no "best spec" but the one I think are the most effective are Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#LVZGV00xZVItMg0didczsho:dTroMm) I use this build for full boss survivability it has Imp disciplines and Imp shouts but I am not sure if 4% extra of chance to not get hit by a spell from Imp spell reflect is worth it. I am also thinking if in this survival spec focus rage or incite would give me more damage and threat. This spec is only intended for bosses so don't use it for trash because you would be missing many important tools such as deepwounds, damage shield and focus rage.

For threat and trash I would go with this spec Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#LAM00fZhZVItRx0zidIzsGo:dcAoMm) Alot of people ask me why don't you take a point out of imp shield spec and put it in improved revenge? Well In my opinion the extra rage on avoidance you will be getting from shield spec will out weigh the damage and threat from improved revenge and cruelty.
