New WOTLK Prot warrior help

Hey everyone, I'm new to tanking in WOTLK and I need some help regarding my gems/chants/glyphs for my gear.

I just recently decided to play wow again, and leveled to 80, 2 days ago. This is the best gear that I could get, spent about 3500g on crafted gear. It's mainly crafted epics and blues.

I'm going to get this chest, so disregard the chest piece in my armory, and account for this:

I only have about 700g left and I want to spend that to chant/gem my current gear, and possible get some extra pieces if I can. But for now I'm just missing rings/trinks.

I'm just confused as to what I should be gemming/chanting for (HP, armor, defense, parry, dodge, str, etc). So I would really appreciate some insight on what I should aiming for, higher defence/hp for example.

stat importance.
1) get your def to 535 so you can get the "D" cap for heroics (450 for raid) this for you now is at 511 or so
2) stam important but as said make sure you get the d cap first. After that i usually throw a lot into stam gems untill I hit 30k then I start gemming for whatever avoidance stats I need.
3) dodge parry block These stats will come with time and gear upgrades. dont worry about them to much until you start going for higher bosses.
4) rep. grind out sons of hodir and argent rep for tank head and shoulder enchants.
5) enchants. def and stam are the main ones, you might be able to hi d cap there but not sure.
