Badge Upgrade Order?

Well, basically I haven't played since a little after Ulduar came out and so my gear is a bit sub-par. Gonna be farming heroics to get my hands on some new gear but not sure which order I should upgrade in.

Also, I plan on re-gemming my belt for stam instead of def (purple gem is placeholder to activate meta cause of Dragon's Eye change) and re-enchanting my cloak w/ Titanweave.

Any comments on talents/glyphs are welcome too.

Spec looks fine enough, although I would swap out glyph of Sunder Armor for a Glyph of Blocking, and put another glyph in that empty Minor Glyph spot... the Glyph of Command is a good one, giving you an extra two minutes on your Commanding Shout.
