Pointers in the right direction? :)

Hello there!

I'm a pretty new Paladin tank. This is my paladin. (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Kor%27gall&n=Viviana) So this means ofcourse, I'm always unsure about my gear/gems/enchants/spec etc etc. So my main question is;

- Is my spec alright? If not, what would be a better spec? I'm mainly doing heroics for now, but would be nice if I could tank stuff like ToC 10, Ulduar 10 with it aswell :).
- My gems and enchants. I feel like many stuff could be better gemmed, or enchanted. But this might just be a crazy me? Would be nice if you could double check, and see if you can point out any no-no's.

That's about it actually. Gearwise, I should be ok for now. Getting the plate belt crafted tonight :). And probably getting the conquest neck aswell.

Anyway, enough talking.

You can look at my build as well (not that it is uber just for reference).
I am working on replacing my chest from Wyrmrest (high def) with a H badge one now.

I tank Naxx no problem but have not done the hard 10s yet still preping and reading.

Also read this UI article to clean up your UI it helps a lot while tanking.
