Am I ready for Nax ?

I tank any normal cake style on my DK, but heroics sometimes have me scrambling for more "Oh S#&*" buttons... I am thinking of swapping to the Spell resist meta. Advisable?

I know the trinkets are utterly horrid, just recently came out of retirement and finished levelling the DK to 80, so his trinkets suffered. Doing TOC and farming conq badges to fix it.

My question is, I feel lightweight at 26k health, 22% dodge and 16% parry. Are those stats ok for heroics? What about toc/uld 10 normals?

First of all good idea to craft the girdle, this is BiS till ToC so good choice. But you shouldn't aim for the socket bonus, getting Stamina only is way better. For the meta you should get Austere Earthsiege Diamond (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=41380) since it's alot better than the one is stun duration reduced.
For heroics your gear is enough, even naxx 10 man should be no problem. ToC and Ulduar have some hard bosses, meaning they hit hard. So I think that will go wrong with your gear.
You should get Essence of Gossamer (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37220) as second trinket, since it's best if you don't get the JC Trinket.

I would give off tanking naxx a try first, if that goes well then move up. 25k is tough on some fights where enrages deal mass damage. find a good tank to run with and have him explain everything to you as you go through, best way to learn fights and figure out where you are.
