what bracer should i use?

Hello. I have some doubts about should i keep this Bracers of the Herald (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37620) or should i buy Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets . (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=40734)
I have second thoughts because yes if change i will get
9 Sta
9 Str
25 Armor
5 Defense
28 Hit
and lose 11 Parry, but 60 emblems for that is just too much for me, i first need t8 chest from EoC and im thinking that i could go with lvl200 bracers in Ulduar10 and if im lucky win Flamewatch Armguards (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45283). And im saying that because from next week i will start runing Ulduar10. Help me :P

If badge bracers are cheap you should buy them since they are upgrade over Old Kingdom bracers, but both Flamewatch and Mimiron's Inferno are supperior over those.

Have in mind that Mimiron's Inferno bracers are BiS preColoseum item, so making/joining 25 man pug for Flame Leviathan only - can very easy net you great item.
