Where should i dungeon and riad

Hey all i am new to tankspot.
I wanted to know what hc dungeons and raid i should do as prot pala
My gear and stats are The World of Warcraft Armory (http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Silvermoon&n=Unknowhero)
My Expierence with dungeons and raids are All hc dungeons and only OS10-OS25 of raid
