I am the MT of my guilds 10 mans and the best geared tank of our guild so I switch between the two specs depending on what I need to do. I would love any input I can recieve. And I don't know if it's just me but I also seem to be having threat issues lately and would love any advice I can recieve on that.

I do the same - Frost AoE/OT, Blood Single Target MT. I've tanked Frost since hitting 80 and have that down, but am still learning Blood. In fact just yesterday I scanned all threads for discussion on Blood tanking builds.

Regarding your Frost spec, I'd recommend a few changes: 15/51/5 (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#j0EGZhxx0AbIof0buzAo0x:TawMm0)

1. Frost is generally RP-starved, and 3/3 Scent of Blood fixes that. You need RP Frost Strikes, Rune Strikes, and to be able to cast IBF and AMS when required.

2. Don't put any points into Dark Conviction for extra crit. 5/5 Killing Machine and 1/1 Deathchill will provide plenty of crit. You can even get away w/ 4/5 KM since the 5th point only provides marginal return over the 4th. There aren't many other useful places to put that point, though.

I macro Deathchill into Howling Blast like this:

/use [nomod] Deathchill
/use [nomod] Blood Fury (or any other AP-increasing trinket/ability you have
/use [mod:shift] Howling Blast;[nomod] Howling Blast

That lets me cast HB with or without a guaranteed Deathchill crit. I always open without, b/c the mobs don't have Frost Fever on them for the first HB, hence it won't benefit from Tundra Stalker and Glacier Rot. The second and all subsequent HB's I cast with Deathchill (when off cd), in order to maximize that AoE crit dmg. Add in BB and DnD and you've got an insurmountable AoE threat lead.

3. Acclimation is pretty situational, useful only for a few fights, and a single point in it is generally pretty useless. That point is much better spent completing 2/2 Chill of the Grave for more RP generation.

4. With glyphed HB you don't need 2/2 Epidemic. The base duration of diseases is 15s, while the cd on HB is 8s. Assuming you're spamming HB whenever it's up, it'll refresh FF way b/f it expires.

As for Frost AoE rotation, you don't need to waste two GCDs and runes on Blood Plague and Pestilence. The only Frost ability that benefits from Blood Plague is Oblit, and that extra disease increases its dmg by ~11.5%. Nice increase, but not necessary, esp if you glyph Oblit or RS. Instead, try this:

Initial rotation: HB - BB - DnD - (all runes on cd) - FS
Subsequent rotations: HB - BB - BB - OB - FS

Interchange HB and OB depending on when HB's cd is up, since they use the same runes. When you're down to one mob, replace BB w/ BS.

That initial rotation plus the continued HBs and BBs will give you enough of an AoE threat lead you won't get anything pulled off you as long as your dps is focus-firing your selected target.

Regarding Blood, there doesn't seem to be a consensus on what the best spec is. Some seem to go for more threat by taking talents and the glyph that buff Death Coil. Others for more survivability and self-healing w/ Will of the Necropolis, Improved Rune Tap, etc. It sounds like it depends alot on your own raid composition, healers abilities, and playstyle. Maybe some of the more experienced Blood MTs can weigh in.
