How can i get more dps

i feel like im not puttin out enough dps. im puttin out like 1800 unless im raid buffed. Can u guys give me advice on wat i should do:)

raid buffed i put out like 2500.

Get rid of the 16 critical strike gems. Use strength entirely. For your meta use str+stam gems. Unless no choice. then use some kind of filler. But the critical strike gems are really bad itemization in the fact that it takes some much crit to get anything worth it out of it.

the build I run, my toon is in horrible gear. And I'm easily getting 2.1-2.5 in hero's and 10 man naxx.
