Prot Spec Options

I'm planning on dusting off this character that I haven't played in ages. Originally he was arms spec, then went fury for Titan's grip for a bit, but I'm thinking of giving prot a try. So, I have a couple of questions...

1) Will questing still be viable as prot spec?

2) I've seen several specs recommended to aim for at 80:

I'm tempted by one of the first two options, but which one? Bearing in mind this will be mainly questing and regular dungeons (in my very small guild), and raids won't really be an option, will I be better with option 1 for increased Shield Spec over reduced Focussed Rage, or should I go for option 2 which is basically the reverse, i.e. less Shield Spec, more Focussed Rage? Basically, will rage be an issue?

1. Yes and it's damn fun.

2. Option 2 is the way to start off with. Rage will probably be an issue without Focused Rage, with it you'll be fine until you start to overgear the place.

I think any of your options will work out great for the content you'll be running. I would say to just try each to see what fits your play style/needs. Rage shouldn't be an issue unless you completely out gear the instance/raid. Then again, I don't think I've ever had a build that didn't spec into Focused Rage 3/3.

In my opinion, questing as prot is only better than the other 2 trees if you'll be running a lot of dungeons.
