Comments:
- You need to get divine strength, both for threat and mitigation (block)
- You need Judgement of the Just (20% melee attack speed reduction)
- Only need 1 point in spiritual attunement
- Add a point in 1 handed weapon specialization
- Drop reckoning
- Drop 1 point from improved judgement
- Get glyph of divine plea
- Drop glyph of consecration (messes up the rotation)
- Drop glyph of spiritual attunement and replace with either exorcism or judgement

armory isnt working for me, cant see ur spec

one thing i have to say tho, i wouldnt use glyph of exorcism coz of the nerf (damned pvp >.<) in 3.2, judgement would be better

Just on spec, Drop all 5 points in Reckoning and put them into divine strength
Drop a point in spiritual attunement and add it to One hand weapon specialization
And if you do not run with a prot warrior all of the time, drop two points in conviction for Judgements of the Just

My oppinion is to drop convictions pallies build enough threat don't need crit.
This is my spec i normally have no trouble with threat. i should say i haven't had trouble with threat.

The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Gundrak&n=Harbringerau&group=1)

My mitigation is my most important thing as a pally tank not for my benefit but for the healers i have one healer on my in any boss fight pre IC in ulduar and KT(25) that is one point i would like to add soak tanks went out once wotlk came in no need to stack stam you drop quick with no mit.

Cookie Cutter ATM is something like:

http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=2&tal=0000000000000000000000000005005135203102311333 31232151130030200300000000000000 (http://www.wowarmory.com/talent-calc.xml?cid=2&tal=0000000000000000000000000005005135203102311333 31232151130030200300000000000000)

Most of the points in Ret are optional apart from Deflection and one point in Improved Judgments but there aren’t really any better places to point them.

1 point in SA is all you need

Reckoning is still our worst threat talent and although it gets better in 3.2 its still not as good as SotP or anything else for that matter.

Divinity really isn’t a great talent. The points are much better spend in Devine strength.

JotJ is the best DR talent we have, reducing the targets attack speed is ftw. And you cant count others to put this buff up for you, there are to many fights where the other tanks are off doing other things.

Interesting comment but Conviction is better threat talent point for point then JotP. There really is no reason anymore to go into the holy tree unless you are going for Improved LoH

What are you referring to here when you talk about mitigation? Mitigation is used to refer to armor and BV. Are you referring to Avoidance? if so then your comment is misleading. Stam stacking is back more then ever in Ulduar especially once you get to the later bosses and hard modes. If you donít have enough EH to survive the burst then all the avoidance in the world isnít going to save you. Especially in a world where magic burst damage is the norm.
