advice starting ulduar 25

I'm currently want to start ulduar 25man but I want to know is my gear are ready and what i need to fix. Im up for some advice to what i need to get next etc...

You should be fine especially if you're OTing. Even if you're MTing it, you'll be fine for the first few bosses although you'll want as many upgrades (shoulders) as you can get before tanking Steelbreaker.
