View Full Version : [H-US-PVP-EST] Months Behind LF Ranged DPS

07-06-2009, 02:08 AM
Months Behind is a progression raiding guild on the Eredar US PVP server. At this time we are looking to recruit a few ranged DPS to fill out our roster as we continue to progress through hard modes in Ulduar as well as future content in the Crusader's Coliseum and Icecrown. In particular, we're looking for skilled Warlocks, Hunters, Balance Druids, Elemental Shaman, or Shadow Priests. Exceptional Mage applications will be considered as well.

As of this writing, we have completed hard modes for Flame Leviathan, XT-002 Deconstructor, Hodir, Runemaster Molgeim, and Freya with one elder active. We are currently progressing well through Thorim and Steelbreaker hardmodes and expect to be working on more shortly.

Months Behind holds very high standards for all of its raiders, and DPS is not an exception. You will be expected to maintain a competitive position in damage parses, and should be able to provide links to such parses in your application. You will be expected to stay on top of theory and discussion regarding your class, and be able to perform to the best of your potential.

In addition to your abilities with your chosen class, we expect a high quality of performance as a raider as well. You will be expected to show up to raids prepared and on time, and post notice for any situation in which you will be late or absent. If you are not needed or asked to swap out for another player, you will be expected to maintain your availability until the raid is over or your Role Officer states otherwise. These expectations are held for all of Months Behind's raiders, not just applicants. We currently raid from 8pm to midnight Eastern time on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Months Behind is a strong and well-progressed guild with a long history and a fun-loving, yet serious when necessary, atmosphere. If you're interested in applying for a position, feel free to post a complete application on our forums at Months Behind - Index page (http://www.kabby.net/mb/)

Thank you.
